Blu & Exile Announce New Album With Lead Single "Miles Davis"
‘Miles: From An Interlude Called Life’ marks the duo’s first full-length since 2012.

Hip-hop duo Blu & Exile are making their exciting return with “Miles Davis,” a cut from their upcoming album entitled Miles: From An Interlude Called Life. Clocking in at four-and-a-half minutes, the single hears Exile’s mapped out piano sample under Blu’s distinctly sharp lyricism, proving that the pair’s absence only made them stronger.
Miles: From An Interlude Called Life marks the two’s first full-length release since 2012’s Give Me My Flowers While I Can Still Smell Them and includes features from Miguel, Aloe Blacc, Fashawn, The Last, Artful Dodger, choosey, Iman Omari and more. “We planted the seeds of creativity and grew about 40 plants,” Exile said. “We picked the ones that we thought were the best for an album, but that didn’t mean that the other flowers weren’t beautiful.”
