Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 13 “Flint” is arguably the most beloved AJ13 colorway of all time, and now it’s set to return to market for the first time in a decade. Following up a Sunday night shock drop that preceded The Last Dance‘s final episodes, the ever-popular OG will now see a full retail release.

Debuted in 1998 as Michael Jordan and his Chicago Bulls were making their way towards a 6th NBA Championship, the “Flint” retroed in 2005 and again in 2010, but to the disappointment of many purists the latter pair lacked hi-vis reflective detailing. However, this 2020 makeup is touted as the most true-to-the original iteration yet.

High-cut uppers are constructed of three major pieces: a supple steel grey suede mudguard and heel, textured blue textile side panels complete with the aforementioned reflective hits and a white leather toebox and throat. A striking catseye badge appears on the lateral collar, a light blue Jumpman logo is embroidered on the tongue and a small black fabric Jordan spellout tag is placed at the bottom of the throat. Midsoles are made of more grey suede and contain a full-foot Zoom Air cushioning setup, with herringbone outsoles, a blue midfoot carbon fiber plate and a final Jumpman jewel completing the look.

The Air Jordan 13 “Flint” will release in full family sizes via Nike SNKRS and Foot Locker on May 30. Men’s pairs are priced at $190 USD, grade school at $140 USD, preschool at $80 USD and toddlers at $60 USD.
