Russell Westbrook‘s Jordan Why Not Zer0.3 has been given a summer-ready update with a new colorway dubbed “Splash Zone.” The pair plays on Westbrook’s fond memories of games he enjoyed as a child — most specifically using a super soaker water gun — and adopts a bold colorway inspired by the toy.

White mesh has been used for the Why Not Zer0.3’s base and is paired with neon yellow, orange, and green accents that overlay the upper. An icy outsole and a stark white sole unit are contrasted by the orange components found on each side of the shoe, which depicts the Jumpman logo on one side and Westbrook’s signature on the other.

Other details include the “No Batteries Required” tag found towards the lateral rear-quarter, once more referencing the super soaker water gun, as well as the water droplets found all around the shoes and the insoles that combine a Jumpman logo with splash-like graphics on an orange base. Rounding out the pair is its special commemorative box that is also inspired by Westbrook’s favorite childhood toy.

Take a look at the Jordan Why Not Zer0.3 “Splash Zone” PE in the gallery above. The pair is set to release on Nike’s website on April 23 for $170 USD.
