eSports team FaZe Clan is partnering with local professional hockey team, the Los Angeles Kings, for a special range of co-branded merch. Accompanying the co-branded apparel, players from the team will join the professional gamers for their weekly coronavirus-battling charity tournament, Fight2Fund.

Repurposing retro Kings prints, the co-branded imagery graces a hoodie and snapback hat that serve as the eSports team’s tribute to the Kings’ place in pop culture history, an homage to the Kings designs sported by the likes of Eazy E. The team’s motion text branding appears on both of the black wearables, free from the original design’s stylized shield. The Kings detailing is complemented by a FaZe Clan logo, reinforcing the LA-based team’s partnership.

To make the most of this self-isolation period, LA Kings players including Adrian Kempe, Austin Wagner, Ben Hutton and Blake Lizotte joined FaZe for their weekly Fight2Fund event, which has thus far raised over $60,000 USD for charities affected by Covid-19 outbreaks.

The collaborative LA Kings merch is available at FaZe Clan’s web store, while future Fight2Fund events can be viewed on FaZe Clan’s Twitch channels.

Recently, HYPEBEAST caught up with FaZe Clan members to experience their daily routine.
