Following the release of its breezy “Made in Malibu” collection for the Spring/Summer 2020 season, Carrots is teaming up with Seoul-based brand Stereo Vinyls for a retro-inspired range of apparel and accessories. The graphic-heavy collaboration draws inspiration from the brands’ names, incorporating carrot and vinyl record imagery into a cohesive collection.

Informed by images of palm trees, fronds and city scenes, collared short sleeve shirts arrive with matching or complementary shorts for a relaxed, laid-back look. A selection of T-shirts and bucket hats sport graphics of the orange root vegetable and vinyl records, literally representing both brands coming together. A playful design incorporating a carrot into the center of a record brands simple black tees.

Elsewhere, a button-up knit with sewn carrots emerging out of its pockets serves as a light layering option for the transitional weather. Other key pieces from the collaboration include brightly colored shorts and a tote bag finished with a vinyl design. The entire collection is unified by a color palette of vibrant oranges and greens.

Expect the collaborative range to drop April 6 exclusively on Stereo Vinyls’ website and its flagship store, as well as at the Beaker Store and Musina in Seoul.

In other news, Element has recruited Nigel Cabourn for a cricket-inspired Spring/Summer 2020 collection.
