DOE Releases SS20 "Boundary" Lookbook
Looking at a barrier-free world.
DOE Shanghai has just launched its lookbook for the Spring/Summer 2020 season. This season’s collection takes inspiration from the fixed barriers set by boundaries. Playing off its square logo, the collection looks to address what being confined to four walls does to the mind, and the byproduct that come with breaking free from such restraints.
The “Boundary” collection channels a world without physical and metaphorical walls set in place by the past, a world where thought becomes actions without a programmed outcome. The colorful collection features summer essentials like cargo shorts, beefy T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, and headwear. Each of the pieces come in colors that complement the warmer months; colors like light purple, teal, lime green, red, orange and baby blue.
