Episode One of Vibram's New Series Features Designer Cesare Casadei
High-performance soles meet intricate Italian designs.
Last week Italian company Vibram announced that it would be releasing a four-part film series titled #WhyVibram which would feature a selection of brands releasing new designs using its technology. For the first episode of the new series, Vibram is spotlighting designer and creative director Cesare Casadei who details the creative design processes behind the new Casadei Dynamic sneaker.
In the episode, Cesare delves into his sources of inspiration for the Casadei Dynamic sneaker as well as his reasoning behind working with Vibram on the creation of this exclusive project. “For me, Vibram represents a company that is capable of providing me with that extra touch of quality in creating a shoe that has never been made before”, explains Cesare before going on to add that “this allowed me to create exactly what I had in mind”.
The brand Casadei – internationally recognised for its excellent craftsmanship and quality Italian artisan roots – has partnered up with Vibram on the C-Chain tread, a model that offers comfort and lightness whilst staying in line with modern fashion trends.
