Bad Bunny Captures Young Love in "Pero Ya No" Music Video
Look closely for Bunny cameos on classic early-2000s movie posters.
Bad Bunny dropped his most recent effort, YHLQMDLG (“Yo Hago Lo Que Me Da La Gana” or “I Do What I Want”) in honor of the leap year, and the expansive Latin trap, reggaeton 20-track offering is slated to debut at No. 2 on the Billboard Charts. Following the Puerto Rican star’s Jimmy Fallon performance and his “La Difícil” visual, Bunny returns with a new music video for “Pero Ya No.”
The visual tracks a day in the life of two kids exploring an aquarium, the beach and a movie theater in an innocent display of youthful crushes. Bunny makes cameos in movie posters reenacting Men In Black and Austin Powers while also playing the role of an exhausted usher going through the motions. Meanwhile the song focuses on lost love with the bridge lyrics translating to:
“With me you can’t catch a break, hey/
I don’t want your fake love anymore, hey/
I’m not for you anymore, I’m not for you anymore.”
