Tame Impala joined Jimmy Kimmel as the musical guest on his Jimmy Kimmel Live! late night show to perform two hits from The Slow Rush. Kevin Parker and company reflected on the growth and nostalgia that comes with age in “Lost In Yesterday” a track that benefited from a Terri Timely-directed visual earlier this year centered around a single tracking shot as Kevin performed in a never-ending wedding.

“Breathe Deeper” served as the fifth track on Kevin Parker’s fourth studio album, and was as resonant as ever on the live stage with pop-infused keys and hard-hitting drums creating the perfect backdrop to Parker’s echoing lyrics. “For the album, I wanted it to sound electronic, but with totally organic instruments. So the art was about electronic repetition, but with organic stuff,” Parker told HYPEBEAST Magazine earlier this year.

Watch both performances and stay tuned for the ongoing Tame Impala tour, running later this month through August with stops around the globe. Be sure to read the latest HYPEBEAST Magazine feature Tame Impala is Grown, too. In more music news, Mac Miller’s Circles: Deluxe Edition will feature two new songs.
