As a follow up to its Norvan VT 2 model that released last year, outdoor label Arc’Teryx has returned with a brand new set of trail runners, engineered with the latest materials for optimal performance on extended treks — Norvan LD 2 GTX in colorways of “Hydroponic/Spiral” and “Black/Black.”
Like the Norvan VT 2, the Norvan LD 2 GTX comes fully weatherized with a sleek build. “Arc’Teryx” branding is seen at the top of the shoes on a ripstop tab that loops over the trapezoidal tongue. Complementing the flat laces, smooth rubber GORE-TEX is placed at the upper eyelet panels, sidewalls and rear quarter, where “NORVAN LD 2” and Arc’Teryx logos are emblazoned. From the midsection to the forefoot is a durable, shear-resistant overlay, followed by breathable mesh at the toebox and waterproof coating at the cap. All of these details rest above an articulated midsole, accompanied by Vibram LITEBASE technology for optimal traction in harsh climates and tough terrains.
The Arc’Teryx Norvan LD 2 GTX “Hydroponic/Spiral” and “Black/Black” are currently available at the label’s website for $195 USD.
