ARC’TERYX and BEAMS have reunited for the Anniversary Collection, a pairing of the Konseal 15 Backpack and Kragg Cotton LS Shirt created to celebrate a quarter-century of working together alongside BEAMS’ 50th year in business. Both pieces take existing ARC’TERYX staples and rework them with details pulled directly from BEAMS’ own identity and history.
The Konseal 15 Backpack is built from ARC’TERYX’s proprietary 315-denier Hadron fabric, a nylon and polyarylate blend that offers roughly twice the abrasion resistance of comparable materials at the same weight. For this version, the shell comes in a new brown-based colorway, dubbed Bitters/Yukon, set off by zipper hardware in the vivid orange BEAMS uses as its corporate color. Both brands’ logos are embroidered on the front in a 24K gold color, adding a subtle celebratory touch without breaking up the pack’s clean profile.
Inside, foam padding and a polyester lining round out the construction, keeping the bag structured while staying light. The pack measures 25 x 43.5 x 9 centimeters and weighs just 300 grams, making it a compact daily carry rather than a technical trail pack.
The Kragg Cotton LS Shirt shifts the focus to storytelling, using its back as a canvas for a special graphic that maps out six anniversary products released across BEAMS’ milestones from its 25th to its 50th year, along with the stories behind each. The print effectively doubles as a visual timeline of the 25 years the two labels have spent building their partnership.
The long sleeve is cut from a heavyweight 240gsm brushed cotton jersey for a soft, substantial hand feel, and arrives in a White Light colorway. A relaxed fit gives it room for layering across seasons.
