Wasted Youth & afterbase Reunite for Exclusive Osaka Pop-Up
Featuring performances by YOUNG COCO, VICK OKADA, GUAPULAR and DJ LAZYBOY.

Two years ago, Wasted Youth and afterbase came together for an exclusive-filled pop-up in Osaka, spanning tees, long-sleeves and hoodies. The two imprints have reunited once again, joining up for a slew of logo-heavy staples for yet another pop-up in Osaka — Ame Village.
One noteworthy piece is a black coach jacket emblazoned with stark co-branding. Where the words “Wasted Youth” is normally placed in the label’s butterfly logo, “afterbase” replaces it instead — Verdy‘s logo is juxtaposed below. The print is seen at the upper left side of the chest, complemented by tonal black snap buttons that line the jacket’s central closure. As a final note, the back of the piece is etched with the phrase “Don’t bother me anymore” in Verdy’s signature font. Other pieces like the white long-sleeve, navy T-shirt and graphic hoodie round up the assemblage. Following the Osaka pop-up at afterbase’s store will be an after-party in the same space featuring performances by Japanese rapper YOUNG COCO as well as Tokyovitamin‘s VICK OKADA, GUAPULAR and DJ LAZYBOY.
Scroll through the images above for a look at Wasted Youth and afterbase’s upcoming capsule collection — releasing at afterbase’s store in Osaka on February 22.
