Suicoke Taps A.P.C. for "Walk On Free" SS20 Depa-V2 Sandals
Available in beige and olive colorways.
After enlisting Vibram for its sturdy range of Spring 2020 footwear, Suicoke is now teaming up with A.P.C. for a new take on the Japanese brand’s classic sandal model: the Depa-V2. Informed by a white beige and olive colorway, the Spring/Summer 2020 sandals combine Suicoke’s comfort and functionality with A.P.C.’s minimal yet chic aesthetic.
Equipped with a Vibram x Suicoke footbed, the Depa-V2 also comes with a Morflex sole for added mobility through grip. Its lightweight and shock-absorbing qualities both complete the strong aesthetics of Suicoke sandals and offer additional support. Each pair of sandals is branded with a tag that reads “Walk On Free” — a quote chosen by A.P.C.’s Jean Touitou. Talking about the shoes, Touitou adds, “Being a hero is a small thing, reaching for happiness is something more important to achieve.”
Check out the collaborative Depa-V2s in the slideshow above. The sandals will launch March 5 at A.P.C. stores worldwide. Beginning in May, the sandals will be available at select stockists.
