Dwayne Wade and Rick Ross Toast Success on "Season Ticket Holder"
The music video unites the contributors and DJ Khaled.
Rick Ross, never one for subtlety, delivers another chest-thumping celebration by way of “Season Ticket Holder,” a tribute to his adopted city of Miami. Over cavernous, bouncy production, Ross’ verses are accompanied by Raphael Saadiq, UD and Dwayne Wade, not content to remain quiet throughout retirement.
The single’s video sees the contributors driving around Miami, lounging in the recording studio and even pouring their respective beverages atop the NBA‘s Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy. DJ Khaled joins the crew to celebrate, as they snap photos in front of a sportscar. Ross’ verse is typically jubilant, reflecting Wade’s considerations of success: “I’m the son of a saint/Still considered a sinner/Three rings on his finger/Yeah, that boy is a winner.”
