Blends and Vans Vault Reunite For Epoch LX
The latest chapter in Blends and Vans’ storied partnership.
SoCal’s Blends and Vans are continuing a long-running partnership with a Vans Vault style of the Epoch LX. Embellished with Blends’ trademark bone motifs and accompanied by a lookbook shot in the old town district of Binondo, Manila in The Philippines, the design is simultaneously serious and subtle.
The Epoch LX is known for its Flying V logo, so Blends has altered the recognizable branded mark by crafting it from signature bone graphics. This white leather logo sits on top of a premium shaggy black suede upper with fringed eyestays, while a white heel tab and white waxed laces provide stark contrast. Sockliners are fully constructed of leather as well. Down below, a white midsole with a tonal heel tab and a vulcanized rubber outsole complete the look. This Epoch follows up Blends’ popular bone-equipped Old Skool Comfycush LX collaboration from 2019.
The Blends x Vans Vault Epoch LX will release via the Blends online store and in-store at all of Blends’ retail locations on Saturday, February 29. The MSRP is set at $130 USD
