The Nike Air Tailwind 79 Gets Covered in Denim and Leather
Dual texture & varying hues.
Following its recent release in the colorblocked “Neptune Green,” Nike is now offering the Air Tailwind 79 in a medley of denims. The silhouette’s upper arrives majorly wrapped in denim fabric, with the vamp, eyestays and a portion of the quarter panel in varying hues and textures of blue denim. Meanwhile, hairy suede covers the mudguard and heel counter in a light shade of blue, contrasted by the mustache’s suede leather and orange Nike logo. Other branding hits can be found on the black panel swoosh and tag on the white distressed foam tongue as the silhouette rests on a white midsole and black waffle outsole.
The denim Nike Air Tailwind 79 is expected to drop this 2020 at select retailers like Noirfonce and 43einhalb for approximately $110 USD.
