Jil Sander+ & Mackintosh Combine Sleek Design With Outdoor Living for SS20

Last year, Jil Sanders announced plans for Jil Sander+, a new line that takes inspiration from nature and “life outside of the city.” Mackintosh has linked up with Jil Sander+ once again for an affordable, six-piece Spring/Summer 2020 collection that merges all-weather utilitarianism with sleek design.
Key pieces from the collection include an elevated field jacket complete with over panel and arm straps, a Single Breasted Trench in a bonded cotton and viscose/canapa blend, and technical anoraks with detachable hoods and enclosed zips. Crafted with functionality in mind, each piece is updated with technical details for a streamlined, ready-to-wear look.
Contemporary cuts, oversized silhouettes and belted designs are paired with elements suitable for any type of weather, making outdoor living easy. A natural color palette of navy, light gray and black highlights the collection’s luxurious and authentic design.
The collaboration will release February 14 as part of Jil Sander+ on Jil Sander and Mackintosh’s websites, as well as at Mackintosh store locations.
