Summary

AMBUSH's SS27 collection imagines a wardrobe for constant transition, blending utility with softness.

Key styles include shelter‑like jackets, layered trousers, symbolic jewelry, and recurring carabiners.

Weathered palettes blur organic and industrial, creating a uniform for movement and presence.

AMBUSH has officially unveiled its Spring/Summer 2027 collection, presenting a thoughtful wardrobe designed for individuals living in constant transition between cities, climates and states of mind. Designed by Yoon Ahn, the collection is conceived as a “second environment” that adapts to the body, with jackets closing like shelters against wind and trousers shifting through layered repetition. Each piece feels like an object collected during travel, carrying traces of atmosphere and time, emphasizing clothing as lived‑in companions rather than temporary statements.

Utility runs quietly throughout the range, expressed through workwear structures, technical closures, modular systems and reinforced surfaces. Yet the garments remain soft and organic, with fabrics that “hold the memory of rain” and hardware that dulls like weathered metal. Shirts, outerwear, trousers, jewelry, and accessories are designed to evolve naturally through wear, routine, and repetition, building a wardrobe shaped by memory and attachment.

Standout elements include jewelry inspired by instinct, protection and transformation, with floral motifs and wolf symbols appearing as emotional presences. The recurring carabiner returns as both connector and fastening device, linking the body to what it carries. The palette draws from elemental environments – oxidized copper, deep cobalt, moss, coal dust, wet concrete, and forest shadows – creating tones that feel weathered rather than applied.
