Descente ALLTERRAIN Debuts PORTER & Suicoke Collaborations for SS20
Alongside a range of tech-heavy outerwear.
Japanese outerwear specialist Descente ALLTERRAIN has unveiled the lookbook for its Spring/Summer 2020 collection. The capsule features a range of technical innovations from the label, as well as a number of unexpected collaborations with fellow Japanese stalwarts.
For SS20, the brand has worked with PORTER on a garment bag constructed from the mesh material originally found in PORTER’s Screen series. Additionally, the bag features a BIOLINER TECH CLOTH liner, which has been chosen for its antibacterial and deodorant functions. Descente ALLTERRAIN has also collaborated with Suicoke for a selection of Vibram-sole performance sandals dubbed the DSV-1.
Alongside the collaborations, Descente ALLTERRAIN has also revealed a range of outerwear and apparel dropping this season. Highlights include the Cool Dots Packable jacket, which has been produced using Supersonic welding to guarantee lightness, as well as the tech-heavy Sun Shield Hard Shell Jacket and the Foam Lamination Active Shell Jacket, manufactured using a special foam printing technique for a dry touch feel inside the jacket.
