Here Are the Winners of the 2020 BAFTAs
‘1917,’ Joaquin Phoenix & ‘Parasite’ win big.

The complete list of winners of the 2020 BAFTAs have been announced. While this year’s ceremony saw Joker initially leading the pack with 11 nominations, it was Sam Mendes’ World War 1 epic 1917 that won big with the highest honors, including Best Film, Outstanding British Film and Best Director.
Other winners include Joaquin Phoenix for Best Actor in a Leading Role and Brad Pitt for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Bong Joon-ho‘s Parasite also won two out of its four nominations, namely Best Original Screenplay and Best Film Not in the English Language. Andy Serkis, who has led his acting chops for Gollum in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies, Supreme Leader Snoke in The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi and Alfred Pennyworth in the upcoming Batman flick, was honored with the Outstanding British contribution to cinema award.
