Nike Surprise-Drops Air Max 90 “305” Friends & Family at UNKNWN
Celebrating Super Bowl LIV.

Nike‘s Friends & Family releases are often limited to the limited audience their title implies, but occasionally the special shoes are also made available to lucky sneakerheads. The Air Max 90 “305” is one such silhouette, a special iteration of the classic running shoe that was gifted to UNKNWN shoppers on February 2.
Co-founders LeBron James, Jaron Kanfer and Frankie Walker Jr. sought to honor the loyal community members that have ensured UNKNWN’s successful 9-year run in Miami, celebrating with an unannounced gifting spree the day of Super Bowl 54. Executed in a lush deep green satin, the eye-catching makeup also sports bold orange accents on its plastic panels, leather swoosh and sockliner. “305,” the Miami area code, is emblazoned on the tongue tag and accompanying box, with a bandana-printed insole driving home the warm weather motif.
All 54 pairs of the Air Max 90 “305” were given out at UNKNWN’s Wynwood location to randomly-selected shoppers, and will not see a wider release. Take a closer look at the exclusive kicks above.
This isn’t the only special Nike silhouette launching in celebration of the Super Bowl: J Balvin used the moment to debut his Air Jordan 1 collaboration.
