SZA Still Believes in "Good Days" With New Single
Featuring additional vocals from Jacob Collier.
SZA is closing out her year with her brand new single, “Good Days.”
Clocking in at almost five minutes, the new cut features additional vocals from Jacob Collier and hears the TDE signee look forward with positivity. A guitar-tinged riff plays underneath SZA as she smoothly and brightly sings, “All the while, I’ll await my armored fate with a smile / I still wanna try, still believe in good days, good days, always.”
“Good Days” was first teased in July 2020 and SZA called Collier “a f*cking Fairy beast.” At the time, the song was “just an idea” and she clarified that “Idea = complete yet under construction lol.” Her new single arrives three months after “Hit Different,” which featured Ty Dolla $ign and The Neptunes, and many fans believe that both of SZA’s 2020 singles will appear on her Ctrl followup album, although a release date or other details about the project are yet to be announced.
