Converse Gives Its Latest Pro Leather Pack a Premium Horween Upgrade
Two high top and two low top styles, all crafted from Horween’s signature supple leather.
Converse‘s Pro Leather may have gone conceptual with a Paria Farzaneh collaboration last month, but now it’s back to (elevated) basics with a new four-pack of Horween leather styles. Offering up two takes on the Pro Leather Hi and two on the Pro Leather Ox, the quartet of luxurious leather kicks offers striking hues to match its supple construction.
Pro Leather His are done up in a cool blue-green and a rich ganache brown, both with slightly patinated details. Each also features a black metal Converse Chevron logo on its midfoot. On the other end of the spectrum, the Pro Leather Ox is presented in a bright orange and an elegant hazelnut. Both discard the patnia of their high-top counterparts in favor of a more straightforward look, and add metallic gold Chevrons to the midfoot for an extra dash of flair. All four styles are completed by eggshell midsoles and outsoles.
If you’re looking to catch the ‘Ween, all four Horween-equipped Converse Pro Leathers are set to release at retailers like Overkill on December 4. The Pro Leather Hi is priced at €140 EUR (approximately $170 USD) while the Pro Leather Ox arrives at €130 EUR (approximately $158 USD).
