Following on from its recent release with AMBUSH, Beats has now linked up with Verdy for a new collaboration through his Wasted Youth label. The collaboration features the Solo Pro headphones, which have been reworked with artwork and designs created by Verdy.

Inspired by punk and skate, Verdy has added graphics including the brand’s initials and the phrase “Don’t bother me anymore” on each sidearm. The Wasted Youth logo also runs across the headband and earcups in a tonal gray design.

To mark the launch, Beats and Wasted Youth have released a Dexter Navy-shot video featuring a child who transforms into drummer Travis Barker when he wears his Solo Pro. Speaking about the collaboration, Verdy said, “Music has always been an inspiration for my work. In my early career, I only listened to punk music. Travis Barker being one of my favorite drummers growing up. To be able to work with him and Beats on this project is a full circle moment for me.”

The collaborative Solo Pro will release via Verdy’s Gift Shop on December 19, each set is priced at ¥35,000 JPY (approximately $335 USD) and comes bundled with a co-branded T-shirt. Beats and Wasted Youth are also set to release a full capsule alongside the collaboration.
