Converse Equips Chuck 70 for the Outdoors With GORE-TEX and Camo Tree Print
Featuring hits of “Lemon Venom” or bright orange.

Converse has returned with an outdoor-ready version of the Chuck 70, wrapping the sneaker in a GORE-TEX upper. The weather-resistant material is one of a number of technical elements, which also include moisture-wicking laces and an OrthoLite insole to guarantee comfort.
The outdoors theme is also referenced in the sneaker’s design, with a camouflage tree print appearing in different versions across the two colorways. The darker of the two pairs mixes the woody-brown colorway with hits of bright “Lemon Venom” in reference to safety clothing and black detailing including the woven ankle patch. The second colorway is much lighter but continues the safety theme with bold orange on the tongue and heel.
Take a look at the two colorways in the gallery above. The latest GORE-TEX installment from Converse is available now from the sivasdescalzo web store.
