AMBUSH's Upcoming Converse Chuck 70 Collab Is Fit for the Cookie Monster
Releasing later this year.

Yoon Ahn‘s AMBUSH recently teased news of another Converse collaboration, this time reworking the Chuck 70 with an incredibly furry upper. The shoe was first seen in January, but only in its bright blue colorway.
The dramatic pair is nothing short of show-stopping and was debuted on AMBUSH’s official Instagram account. There are two colorways on offer, one in black with white detailing, and another in blue with off white detailing.
Tufted fur encompasses the entire upper, almost hiding the shoe’s original details such as the All Star badge on the medial panel. The fur covers the tongue section, too, which makes it look as if laces are ever so slightly peeping out behind the hairy uppers.
The rope laces are finished with blue rubber-dipped aglets, while a license plate on the rear is finished in black and reads “AMBUSH.” For now, all we know is that both pairs are expected to drop in late November 2020.
