Nike Air Force 1 "Black Pack" Features Wear-Away Detailing
Accompanied by an equally premium “White/Vachetta Tan” style.
Since debuting as a basketball shoe in 1982, Nike‘s Air Force 1 has grown into a lifestyle favorite with plenty of luxe flair — and now its elegant nature is being played up with two new styles: “Black Pack” and “White/Vachetta Tan.” Each entrant in this dynamic duo offers a supple leather construction and simple colorway, but the difference is decidedly in the details.
These flourishes are most eminent on the “Black Pack.” Uppers are presented in a stark black, but both the Swoosh and heel tab feature wear-away detailing, shifting to a beautiful brown hue after use. The “White/Vachetta Tan” offers a similar elegant tonal upper, but the brown detailing on the heel and Swoosh is present and accounted for with no additional wear necessary.
Apart from the high-end construction, each pair has a handful of commonalities. Gold is present on the top eyelets and metal lace tips, while debossed detailing on the tongue and heel badges takes a step up from the usual fabric tongue tag/embroidered heel graphic. The black pair completes its look with a sail midsole accented by luxurious tan stitching, while the white pair keeps things crisp and tonal, in line with the majority of its upper.
The Nike Air Force 1 “Black Pack” and “White/Vachetta Tan” will both release on Nike SNKRS January 31 for $140 USD.
