adidas OriginalsZX 8000 “Lethal Nights” pack consists of scaly snakeskin-equipped takes on the classic trainer, and it’s now gained a third and final member: a “Hi-Res Aqua” colorway. Continuing the serpentine stylings of its brown/white and black/red compatriots, the “Hi-Res Aqua” differentiates itself by relying on lighter-colored accents and crisp base tones. This belies its macabre moniker, and makes for what may be the pack’s most vivid style.

On top of an eggshell-colored mesh base sit a medley of accents. The most notable of these is undeniably the snakeskin on the mudguard, midfoot and heel, all of which features an ever-so-slight teal tint. Vibrant teal hues appear on the sockliner and jet black Three Stripe midfoot graphic’s trim, with soft periwinkle providing further contrast on the tongue badge and heel cage.

Interchangeable branded lace deubres feature a marbled pattern or a classic semi-translucent orange hue. A minty green midsole equips black accents and a Torsion bar under the midfoot for support. A black rubber outsole provides a finishing touch.
