Billionaire Boys Club x Reebok Zig Kinetica Features Moon Surface Print
Inspired by Pharrell’s never-ending fascination with outer space.

Billionaire Boys Club and Reebok‘s expansive partnership has produced several bold silhouettes over the past months, and the latest pair to join the ranks is a new Zig Kinetica. Following up an initial Zig collaboration that launched in 2019, this new style features a duo of recognizable prints and is inspired by BBC head Pharrell‘s never-ending fascination with outer space.
One-piece synthetic uppers are dressed in a murky black and feature ridged detailing for added texture. Every inch of the top half is covered in a tonal rendition of Billionaire Boys Club’s shining star pattern, and a helmet logo badge is present on the tongue. A spare set of red laces enables the wearer to add extra color if they so choose. Midsoles take on an icy green hue and provide the shoe’s signature detail by way of a black lunar surface print that also creeps up onto the heel clip and midfoot cage. Further heel detailing and the outsole are dressed in a stark silver to complete the look.
Although style is indeed front and center on these collaborative sneakers, technological substance is not lacking. The midsole’s cut-out Zig cushioning system combines three technologies — Floatride Fuel, a Zig Energy Shell and Zig Energy Bands — for bouncy cushioning and responsive, kinetic energy-returning strides. A special box wraps things up both literally and figuratively
The Billionaire Boys Club x Reebok Zig Kinetica will release at BBC’s New York flagship and the BBC webstore on February 7 for $160 USD.
