Raf Simons & Templa Link Up for Monochromatic Balaclavas
Made up of delicate merino wool.
Following the release of its David Lynch-inspired pieces, Raf Simons is back with its latest FW19 headgear, this time in collaboration with Templa, an outdoor performance label which focuses on alpine outerwear.
Featured are a set of monochromatic balaclavas made in Italy with delicate merino wool fabric. The silhouette sees an elongated construction with rear panels that end slightly past the back yoke. Tonal tape prints are placed diagonally across the right side of the head, while “RS X TEMPLA” branding appears over the tail end of the balaclava. Wrapping up the piece, the winter headgear comes with a single eyehole with extra room made at the back for goggles, highlighting the well-considered nuances of the silhouette.
