Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is set to unveil its next-generation 7T and 7T Pro on September 26, 10:35 a.m. EST. The reveal — which will be live streamed via YouTube — can be viewed above. The company has so far been very hush about the upcoming release, but rumors and leaks relating to the latest model have been circulating.
The new 7T is suggested to come with a 6.55-inch 90Hz touchscreen AMOLED display with a 1080×2340 resolution at an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Running Android 10, the phone is expected to be powered by an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor coupled with 8GB of RAM, drawing from a 3,800mAh non-removable battery which supports proprietary fast charging. Like the new iPhone 11, it’s also rumored to come equipped with three cameras: a 48-megapixel camera with an f/1.6 aperture as the primary, a smaller 16-megapixel f/2.2 camera, and finally a 12-megapixel camera with an aperture of f/2.0. Inbuilt storage will be at 128GB, with dual-SIM capabilities.
