Nike Splashes the Air Max 95 & Air Ghost Racer With "Pink Blast"
Balanced with black paneling on the upper.
Nike has given its popular Air footwear range series of new vivid sneakers, decking the Air Max 95 and Air Ghost Racer models with a bold, black and “Pink Blast” colorway. Key elements of each style, including the Swooshes and other logos, are popped with the hot pink hue, while dark paneling on the upper balances out the brightness.
The Air Max 95 takes on a more subtle approach, as the lateral side is covered in black while the medial is featured in pink for a colorblocked aesthetic. A black sole and tonal laces keep the shoe streamlined, while a final touch of fuchsia is added to the lace keepers. Meanwhile, the Air Ghost Racer is doused in pink along the underlays, midsole and collar for an even flashier look. It’s finished off with a speckled patch on the midsole and grey design on the outsole for contrast.
The Air Max 95 is priced at ¥18,360 JPY (approximately $170 USD), while the Air Ghost Racer is priced at ¥14,040 JPY (approximately $130 USD). Both are available now at Nike Japan’s webstore.
