Carne Bollente Drops Unapologetically-NSFW FW19 Collection
Pieces are adorned with liberating messages and embroidered graphics.
Carne Bollente has released its unapologetic Fall/Winter 2019 collection indebted with NSFW graphics, sexually-liberating slogans and embroidered designs.
After taking a look at what was to come from the independent French brand in its FW19 lookbook that released back in March, the label has now dropped everything from T-shirts to French workwear-inspired jackets. Head illustrator Agoston Palinko has developed a number of sexually suggestive graphics for this season’s pieces, such as the reworked smiley face emblem seen on T-shirts and the phallic stitching appearing on the rear pocket of its jeans.
Elsewhere, Carne Bollente offers up a selection of embroidered garments depicting couples (and more) in abstract scenarios, in the wild and at one with nature. The standout piece from the FW19 collection is the black worker’s shirt, which features a large neon green rear “Free the Nipples” graphic and a sexualized front chest patch. Other notable mentions include the embroidered corduroy trousers and its selection of bold graphic knitwear.
