Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have released a 20-minute video for its upcoming Marvel’s Avengers gameplay trailer at Gamescom, showcasing footage of the previously seen A-Day tutorial level from San Diego Comic-Con.

The gameplay video features characters such as Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow, The Hulk, and Thor defending San Francisco from an oncoming attack. Thor’s mechanics are melee-based, while Iron Man’s sequence features an on-rails shooting chase. Captain America then defends the helicarrier, and finally, Black Widow fights Taskmaster, a nod to her upcoming live-action film where the villain will appear.
