NikeCourt Celebrates the Big Apple With the Air Zoom Vapor X Kyrie 5 "NYC"
Ahead of the 2019 US Open.
With the 2019 US Open right around the corner, NikeCourt recently put together an “NYC”-inspired colorway of the Air Zoom Vapor X Kyrie 5.
Revisiting the hybrid silhouette which mashes elements of tennis player Nick Kyrgios and basketball player Kyrie Irving‘s signature shoes, the latest take is centered around graffiti-inspired details. Dressed in a bold color scheme made up of purple and black, the New York homage sports vibrant volt midfoot Swooshes and “NYC” prints around the toe region. Additional details include torn-poster graphics on the toe bumpers and a marbled toe caps.
The NikeCourt Air Zoom Vapor X Kyrie 5 “NYC” is set to release globally on nike.com and select locations August 24.
