Dave East Honors Nipsey Hussle in New Freestyle
During his visit with Tim Westwood.
American rapper Dave East recently dropped by Tim Westwood‘s show in London to pay tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle via a new freestyle.
In his lyrical flows, East touches upon how Nipsey impacted his life and then went on to share his best memories with the late rapper. East also opened up about the grief he experienced after the tragic event. East can be heard rapping, “You just told ‘Congrats East I heard you actin’ n*gga / They killin’ kings and no longer wanna chat with n*ggas / If I could ask God for something, just give me back my n*ggas / Neighborhood Nip.”
Dave also held a candle light vigil in New York City a few days after learning about Hussle’s death. East shared multiple video clips from the event, writing, “Have One Rolled When I See U Cuz. Till Next Time NAYBAHOOD NIP” and “Nip Woulda Did The Same Sh* For Me. Love U Cuzzy on ROLLIN.” Check out Dave East’s Nipsey Hussle freestyle tribute in the video above.
