UNDERCOVER Preps Two More Nike Daybreak Colorways
Blue- and red-tinged shoes are coming soon.
Following the recently-debuted “Bright Citron” makeup, UNDERCOVER has cooked up another set of collaborative Nike Daybreak colorways for the end of the month. Offered in tones of “Obsidian” and “University Red,” the new designs further remix the distinctive sneakers.
Expected to arrive in approximately seven colorways overall, the new editions are significantly more colorful than the initial release. The “Obsidian”/”Gold Dart”/”Sail” shoe blends dark navy accents against cream-hued suede and the usual branded midsole, set atop a textured black outsole.
Bright gold touches on this shoe’s Swoosh and laces grant it extra contrast, a feature not applied to the “University Red”/Black/”Spruce Aura” silhouette. Instead, the shoe juxtaposes the same off-white suede against swathes of red and a black Swoosh and laces, making for a shoe that’s simultaneously understated and aggressive.
UNDERCOVER’s latest Nike Daybreak colorways hit stockists like Solebox on July 31 for €160 EUR (approximately $170 USD).
