Mercedes-AMG has unveiled its latest vehicles, the CLA 45 S 4Matic and the A 45 4Matic. Previously teased on the brand’s Twitter page, the key information regarding these two cars is the powertrain, with both cars available in two output and torque variants. There’s a reworked engine that is now, according to the manufacturer, the world’s most powerful turbocharged four-cylinder engine made for series production.
Both models are upgrades over previous models, with the basic model topping the last option. Other additions include SPEEDSHIFT DCT 8G dual-clutch transmission with eight gears and AMG TORQUE CONTROL for top traction and a drift mode made possible by the rear axle. There is no confirmed release date as of yet, but expect the cars to be available in 2020. You can find out more information about both cars at Mercedes-AMG’s website.
