This year marks the 100th anniversary for British luxury car manufacturer Bentley, and the company is celebrating in style, working alongside various high-end brands to release centenary special edition items such as a set of Breitling watches or a $254,000 USD tome from Opus. Continuing with more anniversary peripherals, Bentley has now collaborated with Graf von Faber-Castell for a limited edition collection of luxury pens.
The premium Faber-Castell pen set consists of three options to choose from: a classic fountain pen, a modern rollerball pen, and a standard ballpoint pen. All three pens boast the same sleek aesthetic inspired by the Mulsanne W.O. Edition and Continental GT Number 9 Edition, both by Mulliner. The anthracite-colored, titanium PVD-coated metal barrel making up the pen’s body is decorated with a precise diamond pattern applied in the guilloche style — reminiscent of Bentley’s signature diamond quilt pattern on its interiors. Each pen cap features the brand’s signature “B” logo, sitting in the center of a golden anniversary ring, and is engraved with the names of both brands. The pens also come complete with a special display box.
For those interested, the Graf von Faber-Castell Bentley Centenary Collection is now available over at Bentley’s site, retailing at £530 GBP (or $667 USD) for the fountain pen, £490 GBP (or $619 USD) for the rollerball pen, and £450 GBP (or $567 USD) for the ballpoint pen.
For more things design, Louis Vuitton has just released a multi-colored monogram Jenga set.
