HUMAN MADE Reinvents NIGO's Uniform for FW19
Along with a new Solar Hu Glide sneaker collaboration.
NIGO‘s HUMAN MADE imprint stays the course for Fall/Winter 2019, introducing an array of workwear-indebted items that neatly mirror the designer’s personal style. Worn-in jeans and chore jackets are abetted by camouflage hoodies, relaxed suiting and comfy headgear, all emblazoned with thematic branding.
Anchored by recent HUMAN MADE Converse Addicts and an as-yet-unreleased adidas Solar Hu Glide sneaker collaboration, the collection remixes items from NIGO’s own wardrobe, tweaking several pieces that the Japanese creative often wears himself. Several key pieces in line with this motif include NIGO’s preferred military cadet cap, distressed tapered jeans, chenille patch varsity jackets and boxy hoodies emblazoned with HUMAN MADE’s “HMMD” and “DRY ALLS” branding. Elsewhere, color-blocked chore jackets, patterned clutch bags and cardigans and oversized belt buckles lend the looks extra visual appeal, bolstered by some clever camouflage that embeds the HUMAN MADE logo inside the swirling pattern.
The first delivery of the FW19 collection is available via HUMAN MADE’s website and select retailers now, with more drops to come.
