HUMAN MADE and N.HOOLYWOOD rejoin Converse Japan for the label’s Holiday 2018 drop. NIGO‘s label contributes a camouflage-splattered Chuck Taylor High silhouette, elevated with branding and zippers for easy access. N.HOOLYWOOD offers a more progressive silhouette, reworking the “Knee Hi” model with muted suede and rubber, complete with military-style lacing and zippers. A classic red canvas Chuck Taylor high rounds out the drop, along with the eyebrow-raising “One Star Loafer,” a fusion of the classic One Star and a penny loafer that originally debuted in America in the ’90s.
Expect Converse Japan’s Holiday collaborations to hit Converse Japan’s web store later this year.
Meanwhile, the brand’s clothing branch, Converse Tokyo, revealed a sophisticated Fall/Winter 2018 lookbook earlier this summer.
