Here's How to Get Tom Sachs' Studio-Issued Fanny Pack
An exclusive look at his first studio-issued product.
Tom Sachs is set to release his first-ever studio-issued product, the FANNY PACK. Crafted with waterproof, lightweight and durable Dyneema fabric, the bags were originally designed with the needs of the studio team in mind for creating sculptures–and not to be confused with the NIKECRAFT Poncho released back in April. With a surplus on their hands, they are planning to release the extra goods to the masses. Available in black, gray and white colorways, fanny packs are equipped with two interchangeable straps that can transition to be worn either around the shoulder or waist. Designed to last, the fabric will soften with wear overtime and contains Dyneema tape along the seams for added water resistance. Custom made for Tom Sachs by US-based Zpacks, the bags include various pockets for the essentials, a custom porcelain bead zipper pull and EVA foam mesh padding for comfort. Each order also comes with an accompanying zine providing more details and specs around the product.
Set at $375 USD, the FANNY PACK will release exclusively at tomsachs.com on Monday, June 24.
