Better™️ Gift Shop Drops Expansive Assemblage of Graphic-Driven Garments
In collaboration with artist Nick Atkins.
Off the heels of various pop-ups with Dover Street Market throughout last year, Avi Gold’s Better™️ Gift Shop returns with its latest project featuring the works of artist and frequent collaborator Nick Atkins.
The expansive collection consists of a range of graphic tees, furry coach jackets, beanies, terry cotton hoodies, pillows and mugs. Hues of purple, yellow, red, grey and orange host a range of illustrations by Atkins that take the form of a personified moth, sun and squiggly human figures. Better™️ branding is seen on a grey long-sleeve, while another T-shirt features graphics of a mouse next to words that read “Support your local gift shop.” Other pieces like the butterfly rug, various ceramics and plates round up the assemblage.
The collection is currently available at the Better™️ Gift Shop’s Toronto flagship, Ginza Kiosk and online at bettergiftshop.com.
