Orlebar Brown Releases Three Vintage 'James Bond'-Themed Swim Trunk Designs
Featuring ‘Moonraker’, ‘Dr. No’ and ‘Thunderball’.
British premium swimwear brand Orlebar Brown has collaborated with our favorite British spy James Bond for a 007-themed swim short trifecta. Using the company’s Bulldog swim trunks as a canvas, the trio of designs feature vintage James Bond movie poster art and scenes from three classics: Dr. No, Moonraker and Thunderball.
The Dr. No model features the movie’s iconic beach scene along with a white side panel reminiscent of this first James Bond film’s poster, while the Moonraker pair gets dressed in the movie’s navy poster art, depicting the British spy in his astronaut outfit along with three Bond girls in space. The Thunderball edition places Sean Connery in his orange dive suit on the front, brandishing a spear gun whilst fighting off an enemy diver. Adorning the cuff of the swim shorts is the text “Sean Connery Thunderball” in bold black and red.
