Union LA Visits Beatific California Coast for SS19 Collection Editorial
Highlighting the label’s bespoke denim and chore jackets.
To introduce the latest selection of wares from its in-house line, Union took to California’s coastline via Union Station to shoot an atmospheric editorial. Picking up where last summer’s delivery left off, the goods boast Japanese craftsmanship and easygoing cuts ideal for daily wear.
Though recent Union drops have featured deconstruction, this drop is all about understated daily utility. Unbranded, understated chore coats, track jackets and overshirts appear throughout, executed in neutral tones for maximum mix-and-match potential. Grounding the outerwear is an array of equally appreciable bottoms, including washed denim jeans, slim chinos and a special pair of trousers inspired by “a vintage baseball pant we found at our secret favorite vintage store in Tokyo,” Union asserts.
