London-based cycling apparel brand Romance has enlisted creative help from the Dutch artist Parra for a Spring/Summer 2019 cycling kit collaboration.

The collection is comprised of four new jerseys, two bibshort colorways and a new cap including a limited edition collab between  Parra and Romance, featuring co-branding and an array of hues and patterns synonymous with the artist’s bold style. Romance often collaborates with artists under its Romance X division, which was put into place to develop collaborative kits for a good cause. All profits from the Romance X collaborations go toward Romance’s charity partner, World Bicycle Relief.

Standout pieces from the charitable collaboration include the “Newsprint Jersey,” a predominantly white Pro Race Fit top adorned with Romance branding across the chest and arms in yellow, blue and grey. Other notable items include the signature Parra jersey, which sees all over colorblocked graphics true to Parra’s style, which is also spotted on the matching cap.

The collection heavily focuses on performance, too. The jerseys are made from a woven sleeve fabric with a micro-pattern surface which cheats the wind, while the EROC bibshorts are packed with compression control properties and an Italian chamois pad.

Take a look at the collection above and shop the entire Parra x Romance cycling kit drop on Romance’s website now.
