Nordstrom Men's & printings.jp Announce Archive Helmut Lang & Raf Simons Pop-Up Series
Bringing archive fashion to the masses.
With the increasing interest in archive fashion, Nordstrom Men’s has tapped lauded Japanese publishing house, printings.jp, for an exclusive pop-up series.
Serving as the third installment of the Nordstrom Men’s New Concepts project, Concept 003: printings.jp will be centered around a curated selection of rare collectible vintage pieces from Helmut Lang and Raf Simons. Standout pieces set to be available include Raf Simons FW05 “All Shadows & Deliverance” Fishtail Parka, FW01 “Riot! Riot! Riot!” Patched Bomber, Helmut Lang FW97 Padded Bulletproof Vest and FW04 “Mummy” Bondage Jeans. Additionally, the pop-ups will also exclusively launch printings.jp’s latest print, 1986-2005, a two-volume retrospective detailing the lauded work of Helmut Lang.
The limited pop-up series will take place at Nordstrom Men’s New York City store, Nordstrom in downtown Seattle, Nordstrom at Pacific Centre in Vancouver, B.C. and at nordstrom.com from May 2-30.
