Louis Vuitton Upgrades Men's Epi Leather Accessories With Colorful Branding
Styled alongside Virgil Abloh’s Staples Edition clothing.

Showcased against an array of Staples Edition gear, Louis Vuitton highlights its forthcoming range of menswear accessories, decked out in the house’s signature Epi leather. Offered in “Initials” and “Patchwork Graphite” iterations, the lavish goods all offer distinctive forms of branding.
Accompanying the sleek navy Epi leather items seen in the debut lookbook, this accessories selection takes things in a more graphic direction. Louis Vuitton’s signature textile, first launched in 1985, receives a facelift with hits of acid green, blue and burgundy courtesy of circular LV logos borrowed from the brand’s Fall/Winter 2017 collection.
The Danube, Bumbag and Keepall are all on hand, with each bag retaining distinct color usage and appropriately luxe hardware. Inside, the smaller leather items offer colorful lining, complemented by a set of Damier Graphite canvas pouches that sit inside each other like Russian nesting dolls. Louis Vuitton’s understated Patchwork Graphite graces some of the smaller items, replacing the circular logos, while it appears on the Christopher backpack as one of several distinctive panels, granting the piece statement status.
Shop the collection on Louis Vuitton’s site and stores when the accessories range launches May 31.
