Balenciaga Track Trainers Signal Springtime With New Blue and Green Palette

Since releasing its Track Trainer in a subtle black and yellow colorway, Balenciaga has upped the volume on the silhouette with a luminous blue and green version. The mesh and nylon sneakers signal the return of spring with a fresh new palette, while its hiking-influenced details stay intact for a sporty aesthetic.

This edition of the sneaker sets lime green-toned overlays on top of royal blue paneling for a criss-cross effect. A black mesh underlay rests underneath it all for a slight dark contrast, which peeks through at the side panels and tongue area. Branding is etched in several places along the shoe, including “BALENCIAGA” written in bold lettering along the toe and tongue, “track” embossed at the heel logo and “BB” patched onto the front. The usual double-lace design is featured in a green, white and black trio, bolstering the athletic look. Pull tabs and a dynamic sole finish off the style.
