Birkenstock's Boston Clog Gets Blacked out by Concepts
Slip into the Boston Noir.

Concepts has refreshed Birkenstock‘s Boston clog yet again — this time with a grooved black leather upper matched by a black sole and buckle.
The retailer has been lending its eye to the German footwear brand’s signature clog model since 2014 by updating the style in new color ways and materials. The latest addition to their partnership, the Boston Noir, brings back the textured leather used for last year’s lime green iteration, but with a starkly different shade. Now in black, the recent choice of color is a more subtle option than its predecessor. Also notable for its material, the shoe’s rich leather is created by printing dyed leather with a wave pattern, adding new dimension to the monochromatic shoe.
Priced at $250 USD, the Concepts x Birkenstock Boston Noir will be available at cncpts.com on Friday, March 8.
Concepts also recently teased alternate color ways of the Nike SB “Green Lobster.”
